Kara was incredible! She was professional, knowledgeable and brings a design eye to the project. We love the Stillness line that we used for fixtures, and shower heads. A toilet failed disastrously before I moved into the new condo I bought. I had to have the whole bathroom torn out so I called Kohler and got to work with Pam. She was very responsive and worked with me back forth by email and sent prices and photos to help me choose fixtures within my price range. I feel confident in the product and it was convenient to have them shipped to my home. She verified with me that the order was correct and even said she would talk with the plumber if he had questions. In a difficult circumstance, it was a pleasant way to shop. I would definitely recommend Pam as a consultant to my friends and family.
