Got home and realized they had loaded the wrong one on my truck! Called to notify them of this issue and they had someone out within two hours with the correct water heater at no additional cost to me. I also purchased extra parts for the installation just in case. The lady that helped me waived the 30 day return policy so that I can return any extra parts the next time I'm in town, even if it's after 30 days. Great place

John Schiavo	I've never been offered assistance in their showroom and the counter service is passable at best. They have a number of displays set up in the showroom, but expect to be price-gouged if you are not a contractor with an account. I would look elsewhere first, especially if it's closer to your home or project site.
