We hired John Carriere to work on our commercial building in Astoria. His crew completed the work and then he walked in and said it would be more money. After they were done! We said no, that would not be happening. We then asked him for a W9 and an invoice. Five times. In emails and texts and he wouldn't give us one. Then he filed a lien against our building for the amount 600 more than what we'd agreed upon. We believe he doesn't want to pay this IRS for his company. We'll be filing a report against his CCB license on Monday and sending a letter to the IRS and Oregon State for not providing a W9. He's so rude in person.
