Christian Zyweck	My experience with Selong, the young man who took care of our plumbing problem through our home warranty, was excellent. He was communicative before and during the appointment, timely and very knowledgeable and respectful. He took care of the problem and went as far as to suggest future improvements which would be helpful. My issue was not an emergency and we scheduled out several days to one which was convenient for us, so I can't speak to a response to an emergency/time sensitive situation, but everything was great with the serviceman.
