| malena mendoza | Have been trying to get a 30 min pressure test done. I called them and they said they have a job that requires all plumbers but they can do it when they get time. I would try to call them but they didn't answer their phone finally they do answer when called from a different number and we schedule for today at noon. I call them due to no show and they said they had a "all hands on deck" situation so maybe tomorrow. But they could have called earlier today to say they could not make appt and rescheduled.. Poor response time at answering calls and very poor professionalism by not even a call to let know they cant make it. Have read all good reviews but I am having a bad experience with this company. |
