They did an amazing job was quick and efficient and great on the price! Even showed up hours before expected. I would 100 recommend Chris Rivera from Roto-Rooter he was able to answer all my questions and didn't sugar coat the problems. And also did an amazing job.

My girlfriend paid 500 to have a new toilet flange installed over her rusted cast iron one. All was fine for a few months until the drain clogged the first time and water spewed out from under the toilet. I installed 2 new separate wax rings thinking that was the problem. Tried an extra thick one as well. No difference. Finally concluded it was leaking between the old flange and new flange they had installed. Called this company and they told me "if the drain wasn't clogged it wouldn't leak". Really? It doesn't matter if the drain is clogged or not you should not have the entire toilet bowl full of water leak from under the toilet onto your floor. It's supposed to be sealed. You can't even attempt to plunge it if it's leaking. He also said "we don't put silicone on it that's a handyman job" as if making it water tight would have been a hack job. You can't rely on the seal on that PVC flange over a old untrue cast iron one like this it's not enough. They did the hack job not making sure it was sealed. I can stick my pinky between a part of the old flange and new flange they left open. Could have just put silicone on it. Thanks for getting paid and leaving the hack job for me to fix. Call a real plumber not these rookies
