| Joseph Davidson | This company charged me 146 to "clean the igniter " on my furnace after it was off due to an ignition malfunction. Less than 2 weeks later, I get the same error, called and asked the company to come back. The dispatch says they cant help until the next day, so i go and open the panel where the technician supposedly just cleaned and checked, and there's dust all over the components and tubing. I checked all connections, wiped the unit down, cycled power, and it's running fine. This company's quality is absolutely terrible! I wouldn't recommend them to cut my grass, let alone maintain my furnace. |

Turned out none of us had noticed the fan was in the on position instead of auto, so our furnace was never turning off, boy did we feel silly. The tech made sure that was the problem and to top it off de declined to charge us for the call. What great service. |
