I unfortunately have to give this a 2 star, not because of the plumbers job because the plumber himself was absolutely amazing and very professional which I very much appreciated. What I didn't appreciate was when I had contacted the company and asked if the plumber was coming out to the duplex I live in because I was just wondering what was going on since I hadn't been contacted and it had been 2 hours since they were supposed to arrive and I got nothing but attitude and this women being very unprofessional. She wouldn't let me finish asking my questions, she literally screamed at me to stop talking and screamed my name as I was trying to talk. When I was trying to say that the communication wasn't very good during this process so I was trying to figure out if they were supposed to contact me and let me know or if my landlord was supposed to communicate with me. She then proceeded to try to back track after she had done that and after I called her out on her bad behavior by saying that she was trying to tell me that she was going to contact the plumber but I wouldn't stop talking long enough for her to tell me that. When In reality I was talking first and only had about 5 words out of my mouth when she started screaming at me, and she was trying to talk over me the entire time. She then tried to say oh I'm just trying to calm you down, which I proceeded with well I'm not the one yelling and screaming at a customer for no reason so who exactly is the one upset here? I never went at her in a way that would have given her any right to speak to me in that way. With how the times are you can't have people like that taking calls or being around customers because that puts the people who are actually at the houses in danger of being hurt in retaliation of what that women did to the customer. Thankful I am not like that and didn't blame the plumbers for her appalling attitude. What ever that women's name was she truly needs to be let go or transferred to another department where she doesn't have any contact with customers because she truly is going to ruin things and put a seriously bad name on this company. She has already started to do so.

A great company who gets the job done! We had an emergency repair while on vacation but thankfully our son was home. Wheeland Plumbing was called and they were able to temporarily fix the problem while heading out to get parts. Problem was resolved in a quick and professional manner at a very affordable price. Thank you Wheeland Plumbing for being so professional! Will definitely call you guys for any future work we may need.

They got here Quick and did an excellent job. cleared my drains in no time . Very good at their job.I'd recommend them to anybody !!
