After spending an entire day of calling places on Tuesday because our furnace in our mobile home wouldn't work, I called Von Deylen on Wednesday and had an appointment that day for a technician to come out and take a look at the furnace. After about an hour or so, Chris had answers and solutions. We decided to get a new furnace as our was 16 years old and we couldn't be sure what else if anything was or would go out on it. He placed the order and told us that Friday or Monday it would be installed depending on when I got the call saying it was in. Thursday afternoon I received a call from Von Deylen saying the new furnace was there and that they could be out Friday morning to install it. The technicians were very polite and did their job well! They cleaned up the mess that was made from taking the old furnace out, removed a broken central ac unit for no extra cost and double checked that everything was working properly before leaving. I would personally recommend their services!
