Reliable basement & drain took care of a sewer backup problem for me last year. They did a great job & the guys were very professional & got the job done quickly. I had 2 other issues come up within the last yearnothing they did wrong & they came back out and handled my problem againat no extra charge to me. Today another technician came out with Ken & used the equipment to pin point my problem area again & give me a very reasonable quote. This situation was handled very thoroughly & fully explained to me what they can offer me to fix the area that needs replaced & Ken has given me a very reasonable helpful quote. Today's quote was given to me by Ken due to an oversight from my last visit by reliable. I greatly appreciate Ken taking the time for him and his technician for coming back out again & giving me another free quote. Reliable stands by their company name & will happily do what they can to make their customers happy. Thanks again Ken & the technicians from Reliable Basement & Drain.

This company is a complete JOKE! I had a job started in November of 2019, it's now March 2020. The job is still not complete, no one has been out since January, every-time I attempt to call I get a run around. They have left a doorway unfinished leading to my basement only being covered by a thin piece of plastic! Not only has this made my utility bill higher since my heat is constantly running it also has left a easy access point for anyone trying to break into my home. This company is extremely unprofessional and I will be contacting the BBB! I wouldn't give them any stars if it was a option!
