So I had him come out a second time and re do it and it failed again... so I made another appointment for him to come for a 3rd time and he never showed up. Longs plumbing has no business doing anything related to pipes or plumbing. They have no idea what they're doing at all. I would recommend you let a chimpanzee do your plumbing before you let longs plumbing do it.

I've had to ask everytime if I've called the right place. 1 time I had a pleasant experience which I'm beginning to think was just a coincidence. 2 of the 3 times I've used them they didn't show up, or call to say they weren't showing up. I'll not be using longs plumbing again, or attempt to I suppose.
