Very impressed with this company. We had a ductwork issue and out of the 3 companies I contacted, Mike at Accurate was the only person who called me back. He told me that they don't usually handle my type of issue but that he would discuss it with his crew and call me back. They quoted me a very reasonable price and scheduled the work. Chris and his co worker were professional and polite and we were left with a quality job that was done right and we are very pleased with this company. We will definitely contact Accurate again when we need more work done.

We were having a plumbing issue with our toilet not flushing properly and decided to give Accurate a try. Called on a Friday and they said the earliest appointment time was the following Wednesday. Scheduled an appointment time between 8am-12pm. At 12:15 no one had showed up so I called in. They said they had no appointment scheduled for me and when they looked up my phone number said they were able to tell I had never called them. However, I did call and I did make that appointment. They said they would "work me in." The plumber finally showed up around 3pm. With very little inspection, he said it was a vent issue and not a clog. He had to go to Lowe's to get an AAV to install under the sink. He came back, installed the AAV and said that should fix the toilet, but another part was needed to fix my sink. He said we should fix it ourselves because it's easy and would cost us another 75 for him to go to Lowe's a second time for the part to fix the sink. I was unhappy with this service and tried to call the company 3 times in the following days and only got voicemail. We just had another company come out and they said there's no way it was a vent issue in the first place. They ran a camera down the line and showed me it's a clog. So I paid Accurate 100 for nothing and they didn't even diagnose my problem correctly. I would not recommend them for plumbing.

Terrible company. Mistreats workers, lies about job time lines, underpays workers and hires sub par management. Do not use them, call a real mechanical company.
