When I called and spoke to Dale the manager about how many times they had to come out and could I get a credit toward my next visit. He told me that well we didnt charge you to come out those three timed.

I called another company for a second opinion. They came out and were able to unclog the drain with an electric snake after a little bit of effort. So now I'm out 150 because the guy from Madison Plumbing was too lazy to get the job done.
