Allen Drain was the lowest cost to send someone out same-day after-hours, during such a busy time. A couple weeks ago the drain backed up again and they honored their 90-day warranty and came out and cleared it at no charge. Had the city of Akron come and put a camera down the line to take video a free service and found out there are still some serious roots in the sewer even though there are no trees nearby that would cause this. Allen Drain again came out and cleared the remaining roots with heavier equipment, again honoring their warranty and charging 0. They had no reason to suspect the roots were that bad because there weren't trees on the property. But they took care of the problem. The City, also, has cleared the main line for free so we're all good. Fingers crossed! |
