Erick was incredibly thorough, knowledgeable, friendly, explained everything he was doing, why and how it would make a difference. Upon completion, he also suggestion a maintenance plan, again explaining the pros...not hard sales, but why it is beneficial. He also joked that he was "talking" to kill time to give the furnace time to get up to temp to ensure that everything was working properly. He left with everything cleaned up as it was upon arrival, was incredibly courteous, and the furnace seems to be working perfectly and quietly! Highly recommend! |
