| Sue Taormina | Todd came to my house May 28, 2015 because my air conditioner was not working. He found the wire in the panel box was bad so he fixed the neutral wire. He also installed fan center and oil primary control. I did not hear from him again until Dec 28, 2015. I tried a few times calling, but did not get an answer. I received his bill Dec 28th, 2015 which just had a total, not itemized, like I was expecting. The charge was very high. Also there was a service charge notation per month, so because his bill was not itemized, I guess he charged me a service charge because he did not have my correct zip code. When I sent my payment in, I advised him that I felt as though I had been taken advantage of. |
