If you are in need of a plumber, I would not advise you to call Geisel heating and plumbing. They have very inexperienced plumbers. I used them last summer to unstop a drain in my bathtub. They sent two plumbers, Ryan and Eric. All they had to do was use a snake to unstop the drain in the bathtub. Eric worked for a few minutes trying to unstop the drain before he realized the snake was going up instead of down. An experienced plumber would have use a camera. If he didn't have a camera, he would have at least checked to make sure the snake was going down instead of up. Consequently, Eric tore up the drain. He refused to replace the drain because he was afraid he would damage the tub. The next day Geisel sent Ryan and Michael to my house. Michael refuse to replace the drain unless I signed a waiver stating I would be responsible for any damage to the tub. I refuse to sign the waiver. I have always been told if you break something, it is your responsibility to fix it. They left and I never heard from them again. I had to call another plumbing company. They replace the drain with no problem. It cost me 520 for the repair.
