I tried to fix a leaky shower myself on a Friday night, but ran into some complications and got in over my head, which lead to us being stuck with our water tuned off to the whole house. I tried to call a few emergency plumbers, Prestige was the only one that answered the phone and could come in the next morning. Rob came out within the time window, went through different scenarios with us of what the repairs might look like. Unfortunately, we needed a whole new shower, but he was able to install it within a few hours. He went over all the work done and, while I'm no plumber, I can recognize he did very quality work. He was very nice and professional as well. Price-wise, I don't have much reference I don't think they're on the cheap side, but I am by no means complaining about the price for the quality service they provided. I can see myself going back to them for future plumbing needs. |
