Great experience with Tyler at Roto Rooter! He knew what problem was right off and how to fix it. He was on time, efficient and friendly.

Leslie was on time and extremely helpful. She solved all of my issues, including some that have been going on for years that 2 other plumbing companies were not able to help me with. I was very happy. The online scheduling is very easy although I never received the confirmation email that the website said I would. And the fact that they offer weekend hours without an increase in price is much appreciated.

We had a great experience with Tyler Whisman! Our water heater went out completely and he came out and gave us the estimate to fix or to replace. We felt he was very honest and that we got a good price. It's nice to have an honest professional !

Steve, tech 1188, came to fix my garbage disposal today and he was helpful, efficient, friendly and has my disposal running great again! He also gave me advice on cleaning deodorizers for other appliances as well as advice on what to not putting in the disposal for the future to ensure it doesn't happen again. Highly recommend! Had water backing up in basement and had family coming in from out of town. Mike with Roto rooter was able to come and do the necessary repairs the same day. Also was able to do other installations the same day for a very reasonable price.
