Kim Kiger	Called company, got a service visit quote of 45.00, when “very nice tech arrived”, we had to sign service agreement for 155.00 before service proceeded ! Simple 30 minute repair, but astronomical price attached!! Tech did repair slightly wrong, and had to return to fix on another day. I suppose the “Mercedes truck” he drove needs to be paid for somehow. Better off to get an “exact” and “trusted” quote beforehand by another reputable company.......prompt, but not trusted anymore. Sorry folks, call another reputable company.
