the plumber/specialist, Justin, that they sent were so unprofessional. he supposed to change one part in the piping system under the sink, then more leaks at other pipes occurred. took him 3+ hours. at the end, he was so rude and in a hurry. he didn't give me time to check his work to see if there was any leak but insisted and hurried me to sign the job complete paper. and kept telling me not to touch; otherwise, it might leak, it would be on me. why couldn't i touch if the job was done properly? when i checked the piping system it looked quite misaligned and forced together w/ a lot of plumber tape to temporarily prevent leak. i had a bad feeling due to how long he took to get the job done. and I insisted to check. of course there was a leak found! he was full of attitude and kept blaming me as the client and no apology. the piping system looks bad and not properly connected. a pipe was cut too short and he didn't bother to cut a right length after and decided to force dif parts/pipes together w/ a lot of plumber tape instead. Kept telling me not to touch it. touching the piping system gentally to chk if there is a leak shouldn't cause any issue. Justin/All County wasn't suitable for the job, extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. I was being treated poor poorly as a client. I would never hire All County for any job done; unless you want to be treated like shxt! Do not let them touch your piping system or change any pipe! You will regret it badly.
