I was told to expect to pay about double 30.00 because I was not a contractor. Joe quoted 60.00. When I questioned the price he came up with lame excuses and his rudeness increased, he added he said had no time for me. I have never been treated with such disrespect. I hope his conduct is not a representation of the company. I visited a shop nearby and received the part for 16.00. Happy I walked out.

Every time I went there to try and resolve a warranty issue, it was nothing but no, no, and more no's. It seems they just do not care about their customers. I'm done with Johnstone Supply CNY. My new supplier treats me with respect, and it seems like they really do want and appreciate my business.
