Having a nephew in the plumbing and heating business in PA, we know that it's hard to be present and accommodating to customers with this type of work and constant decisions and people changing decisions. The crew installed Mitsubishi units in our home a few years ago and we had our own personal communication/compromise agreements to tend to that complicated it for Mr. Tienken. Just today a couple of the crew came in to service our furnace after its going out yesterday and were able to see what the problem was and order the new parts for it. In the meantime, we had called in for emergency service, but was able to get the furnace up and running in the meantime so it became a maintenance service call. We waited until this morning to make sure that the furnace would work through the night before calling Cliff to notify him of the change in the work order. Usually the actual work has to be assessed so it is hard to put a dollar number on the job ahead of time. Ballpark figures change. I think that maybe the Maytag commercials gave people wrong ideas.
