I had a really great experience with them. Rented me a tool and were super kind and helpful. I had to install a TV into Concrete and after trying it my way unsuccessfully I just took their advice and used the Toggler alligator bolts which were so much easier and caused me a lot less headache. I must have come in 6 times that day annoying them and they were smiling and helpful every time. Thank you guys so much, the TV is up and is in the wall solidly! Don't bother going to Home Depot, whatever the extra cost is is worth 5 times as much in terms of their helpfulness and knowledge.

Great store, very professional. They helped me figure out what to do with an old style plumbing system. After multiple attempts to figure it out myself and going to several Home Depot's and hardware stores, but failing; Frank was able to identify the problem and get me the right parts immediately. Very professional without making you feel like you know nothing, even though you probably don't because plumbing isn't always that easy.

This place is small and kind of dingy, but its a neighborhood staple and the service is very good. The prices are a little high, but they usually have whatever random thing I need. I trust the guys here. They are also pretty relaxed with their return policy which is nice if you are unsure you are buying the right item you need.
