I called in a panic and the woman who answered the phone was really helpful. She gave me an idea of what the issue might be, but couldn't diagnose over the phone obviously. So she sent out a tech and a supervisor later that day and two days later, my leech field was perfect again. I'll admit that I did have two other companies come the day after plumbing today's estimate just to see if everyone was around the same price and theirs was actually a better price - so I was very happy with that!

NOT A HAPPY CAMPER, I feel that they took advantage of an emergency situation. Home Advisor referred me to them. The Tech came on Saturday 04/29/17 due to a water backing up in my house. They tech proceeded to take my toilet apart, decided to run the snake and when the tech felt the snake not go any further he kept pushing the snake which got stuck the tech could not get out the snake. I was charged 276.60 to take out my toilet, 359.58 to snake it thru my bathroom which got stuck, and 296.04 for the snake camera. This tech was in my house til 11pm that night trying to get this snake out, then the tech proceeded to tell me that i had to pay 2200.00 for his company to come and dig in my front yard to get their snake out. Needless to say they were supposed to come back monday 05/01/17 Monday came and went and no plumbing today, they had called my fiance and advised that they were going to put me on a finance plan whihc i did not want to have that,.....in dispair i ended up calling another contractor/plumber and he put in an emergency telephone call and Tues 05/02/17 they removed Plumbing Todays snake, and corrected my problem, Plumbing Today left me with out a toilet from 04/29/17 til 05/02/17 after 5pm to get their snake and put my toilet back in order....Also we have put a negative remark with Home Advisor as well i did not appreciate the fact that they charged me originally 1006.00 i feel i was taken advantage of an emergency situation. Also was informed that i should not have to pay for this tech to get his snake off my property that he got stuck.

PT's plumber replaced a rebuilt pump that had been installed backwards, with a new pump. He installed the new pump backwards. The bill for this level of expertise was 1,599.00. I emailed PT and requested that they adjust the bill, as I ended up correcting the problem. I called Rob Ward to discuss the overdue bill. He really went off on me. Could not get over the fact that I had not returned his calls. I listened to him rant for quite awhile. Eventually, I realized how futile the situation was and hung up.
