| Bob Thomson | I can't stand going to those supply stores where the employees behind the counter make you feel like your times not worth anything. I have been to this store only a few times and each time the guy that sits down the end on the left has found a way to avoid waiting on me and will make conversation with the customer thats being waited on by someone else. I think they were talking about fishing or fireworks instead of waving me over to see what I needed. The other 3 guys at the counter were busy. Nice guys, 2 were on the phone and the other with the fisherman. When the salesman was done with the fisherman he shuffled over to the side and took my order. He knew I had been waiting longer than necessary. Anyway I got my 1/2" pex ball valves for 10.00 a piece where I could have got them at depot for 7.00 or ebay for 3.60. I think I was gouged. yikes. Oh and the guy at the Amsterdam depot, Brian in the plumbing department, he is more than happy to help any customer. The plumbing material needed for my next house build which happens to be this fall wont be coming from Security. They wont really miss my business and I wont miss them. |
