| Chelsea Baldwin | I had an appointment with Mark to have him come look at my oil furnace. The guy who answered the phone at the shop told me he would be at my house between 7:30a.m and 8a.m. The morning of the appointment, I get a voicemail when I wake up that he will be at my house at 7:15. I was 35 min away and unable to make it to my house until 7:30. So after numerous attempts of phone calls I finally got ahold of the original guy - he proceeded to tell me he had me down for 7:15 and I'm like um no you told me 7:30-8. He then said I need to find someone else to look at the furnace, with EXTREME ATTITUDE. How unprofessional!!! And then to tell me to go find someone else!!! Horrible business! I wouldn't even give them a one star - they should be ashamed of themselves. |
