I called Mid-Hudson on a Saturday because there was a lot of water on my basement floor and I suspected the water tank. Scott, who was on call, asked a series of pointed questions, asked if I could text photos, and was easily reachable to address concerns. Needed a new pressure tank and another plumber who was to backed up with work recommended Mid Hudson Pump. Called them on Monday afternoon and explained problem, crew showed up the next morning and completed job in a few hours. Crew was knowledgeable and professional.
