| John Paez | Very disappointed by the treatment I was given by Steve & Weber.. I was referred this small company by one of “their” regular customers.. After doing my research i decided to call and ask for an estimate since they had great reviews and seemed Proffessional.. I was looking to install a gas tankless heating system for a unit. they were on time for visit and asked many questions which seemed promising. one week went by... NOTHING... I then follow up with a call asking about the quote.. I was told they would provide quote soon... another week went by... NOTHING.. I then follow up today- almost 3 weeks later and I'm told by Elaina “we are too busy with our current customers with no heat and don't have time for new customers”... I patiently waited for 3 weeks and this is the response I get by Steve & Weber.. I'm not upset of them having not availability Which I could've worked with them on a time best for them however, I'm more upset how they responded which they could've saved my time wasted and given this project to another local company that's capable of handling this kind of work.. I'll take my money and many other projects elsewhere. |
