BK OFFICE	If their was a no star option i would put it! Im shocked at the unprofessional workers this company has! One worker want to charge us 4,000 to CHECK if we have a gas leak because he smelled gas in our boiler room, and when we said it was too expensive he called the gas company and filed a complaint that he " smelled a very bad gas odor". When the gas company came the worker checked the boiler room and said everything was fine and we don't have a gas leak! so not only did he complain about us out of spite! but he wanted to rip us off 4,000 just to see where the non-existent gas leak was coming from and he was going to charge us for the repair seperatly! Also he said we have boiler violations worth of 27,500, but he wanted to help us and lowered it to 18,700, the surprise was i went to the Boiler Division and got the fine that we are supposed to pay and everything came up to 9,000!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! he wanted to take almost 10,000 for himself! im shocked ! and very disappointed at Douglas and his company!! they are very petty!
