Lisa Ruffe | Fantastic team at key modular homes. Todd and Scott have compassion for their clients, both go over details of the home you are interesting in. The house progress is fantastic! Highly recommend. |

C H | If you do go with Key Homes make sure you measure everything before you take ownership of the home. Make sure the blue prints match what was delivered. I have a counter that is 5 inches too short. The island counter top is 7ft 9inches not 8feet. I was supposed to have attic access in my hallway with a pull down ladder I ended up with a tiny opening in the ceiling located in a closet with no pull down ladder. They don't insulate the garage so save 5k for that. My stone drive needs another load of stone it's only been 17 months. The exhaust fans in the bathrooms are worthless just buy your own and install them. We still have cracks forming in the walls. The standard tub is small I'm not sure if they sell an upgrade. |
