Holiday week. Not regular customer of theirs. Jenny was responsive. Called me back and said Dennis would be there as soon as he finished another job. Dennis showed up about an hour later. Terrific!!! Our regular plumber could not make it till Thursday. Very pleasant people with which to work. Would use them again.

Outstanding job putting in a water heater. Would use them without hesitation. Will call them for any plumbing needs in the future--automatically.

Called South Shore Plumbing & Heating for estimate installing a tankless water heated Dennis the owner arrived and checked out where and how the Tankless water should go. Dennis was able to answer all my questions regarding the makes and model of tankless water heaters and how the function as compared to a regular hot water heater. He gave me a written estimate on the spot which was very reasonable. The estimate only changed when I called Dennis an told him I wanted a certain Brand and model of tankless water heated. He and is office informed me of the price difference before any installation took place and his office staff keep me informed as to scheduling my install. On the day of install Dennis and his experienced and knowledgeable grew of technicians removed my old water heater and installed my new tankless water heater with no problems. They also cleaned and vacuumed the area where my tank was installed and carted away my old tank. I would definitely recommend South Shore Plumbing and Heating to anyone who wants a professional plumbing company to do any plumbing work.
