| Ian Douglas | Arranged a wood delivery for a Sunday and drove 3 hours Sunday morning so I could stack it before driving 3 hours back early the next morning. The night before we talked and I told him I might not be there when they arrive but to dump in my driveway. He asked where and I told him. Mid-day Sunday I arrive and no wood. I call and leave a message. He returns my call at 7pm and tells me they didn't deliver the wood because I said I wouldn't be there. I ask why he didn't tell me that the night before when we discussed the arrangement and he had no real response. Then he tells me that he has lots of customers, so I can go to Mountain Valley for my firewood. Nice guy. |
