My daughter had a positive experience with this company so when my heater was getting ready to fail I decided to call them. They scheduled an appointment very quickly and Daniel was my consultant. He evaluated my house and offered options on the best furnace for my house and gave me advice as what to choose. He called to see if he could get it installed the next day and they were full but I only had to wait until the next working day. There guys showed up as scheduled and on time. They removed the old furnace, installed the new furnace, had the electricians show up, and made sure my furnace was up to code. They did such a great job. Oscar put extra insulation around my furnace and showed me how to work the new thermostat. He even went through the garage to make sure there wasn't any screws or debris on the floor of the garage. I was very impressed with the entire encounter, especially the great installation team.

Daniel had recharged my unit and promised to extend my warrenty one more year. He says that these type of ductless units can operate efficiently with the restriction. So far so good this summer. Still waiting on a response regarding replacement of a ductless unit that has a LOW Pressure line crimp. No show regarding warrenty work so far.
