| Mike Hatrock | Awesome people! Bought a house last october, 1 months later the pump in the pump tank failed the tuesday before thanksgiving. I called the next morning and they were out that day. Replaced the pump, and re-wired it and the collar and manhole cover for the pump tank, on the day before Thanksgiving all while it was raining and got it done that day. They were super friendly and understanding with my wife and super hard workers. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Oh, btw, 8 months, and a flood later, septic is working fantastic still! Had we not fixed the collar and cover, at their recommendation, flood waters could have flooded our system. The manhole cover was underwater for 2 days earlier this year. |
