From the first phone call till the worker walked out the door with a completed job, this was one of the most pleasant experiences I've ever had! Collette answered the phone and was so helpful, I could have had a plumber at my house within two hours! Unfortunately I wasn't home so an appointment was made for a day later. I was given a time between 12pm-2pm, by 1:05pm I received a text he was on his way. The owner came, such a nice pleasant man, he went straight to work. His worker came about an hour later he wasn't needed until then. They replaced my water heater in a zip! They cleaned up everything! They had laid tarps down. There was not a drop of water anywhere! The place was clean as could be! They even turned the lights off when they were finished! I paid the price that was quoted me and they were on their way. Amazing! Now we are back with hot water! I would recommend BZ Dependable for any plumbing problem. I hope I don't need to in the near future, but if I do I 100 would call them immediately!

When you have trouble with your oil service boiler and there is nothing to do to fix it in the cold snap of winter with no heat for over a week it is very scary to find someone to help without taking advantage of the situation. Bryan from BZ Dependable and his team were punctual from the time of the estimate to the installation. Every point he went over was addressed and taken cared of. I was very impressed with the professionalism and the way they kept communication through their smart phone app and emails instantly letting you know when they were arriving and when the service call was completed they would immediately send all service details and pricing. I am very happy and warm with my new boiler and the service we received.
