I cannot say enough wonderful things about R. Poust. I have used them several times and they always go above and beyond with their services. From the minute I call they are always helpful, kind, and above all understanding. I do not know much about plumbing so I always have a lot of questions and each is answered thoroughly and without hesitation. Diego has been the tech who I have used and he is such a wonderful representative of the company. Before a tech even arrives, a photo and short bio is sent to you - wow!! What a great idea, you know who you are letting into your home and no surprises. This is such a wonderful idea I wish all companies would utilize this practice. In this day and age and so many companies take advantage of people, it is nice to know there is an honest respectable company right in out neighborhood. Thank you R. Poust!!!!

I've been a customer of Poust for about 40 years and wouldn't think of using anyone else. They're the best. Today's service was by Joe and, like all the staff, he's great. Everyone always does a great job.

Diego showed up on time, protected his the house from his work boots with plastic booties. He took the time to explain what he was doing and kept us informed. He gave clear guidance on next steps, and offer recommendations. We would highly recommend
