Last year got a quote for ac and heating that was crazy high priced compared to others I had. Today they called me twice randomly in the morning asking if I'm interested in a heating product. I politely said no thank you expecting " okay bye, or have a nice day, or here's our number if you change your mind" instead she just hung upon me like a telemarketer. That's not how you change peoples minds, glad I didn't go with them. Rude.

Al and his staff were a pleasure to work with and gave us a great price and quality work. The install guys for our new central air conditioning were very detailed, knowledgeable and respectful. From the ladies in the office to the installers in the field, everyone was awesome to work with and made the process very smooth. I would highly recommend Efficient Heating & Air Conditioning to all my family and friends.

My furnace shut off during one of the coldest days of the year. I called Efficient Air Service and everything from the scheduling of my appointment, speaking to the dispatcher as well as the technician himself, everybody was very courteous, professional and customer service oriented.
