Then I called Homestead Plumbing and instead of getting a total run around, the actual service manager Jeff answered the phone! I explained that I had a broken pipe in my basement and had to shut off the house, he did explain that they were very busy but due to my situation he would call me back in 20 minutes and see what he could do...well, he called me back in 10 minutes and had a plumber on my doorstep within 2 hours.....My water was back on after an hour of his arrival, WOW!! I did not believe company's like this existed anymore...I thank you Homestead for saving me and my family that day and would never consider calling anyone else. |
