| Steve Laramie | It is now 26 hours after this company was originally contacted for an emergency job. Water leaking in crawl space from a sewer back up. The owner told me that he would try to have someone respond out that night. After multiple hours of no contact I was finally told via text message that they would not make it out and that my appointment would be made the first in the morning with a response window from 8:30-11:30AM. Come 11:30 I call the company and leave a voicemail, no response other than a new time window sent to me extending them until 1:30PM. It is now 6 PM and nobody is here. A full day of continued water damage for nothing. |
