Jason was very professional, efficient, courteous, conscientious and all at a fair price. He did everything I needed and he replaced a part on my water heater, that I didn't know needed replacing, for just the cost of the material. I highly recommend Jason and ExtraTime Plumbing & Heating. He did an incredible job hooking up our kitchen and bathrooms after a recent renovation. He was very punctual and does high quality work. We had some challenges from other contractors and he was able to offer us solutions to overcome the problems. He really went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with everything. Jason followed up after the initial visit via email to make sure everything was functioning. I thought had a minor issue which I thought was a plumbing problem. Jason came back to our home on a different date and we realized it was a user error on my end! He was extremely gracious even after I had him come back to our place for no reason other than my own error!!!!! Thank you Jason for helping us with our project. You really went above and beyond for our family and we appreciate all your efforts.

Jason is terrific! When my indirect water heater started leaking he was the only plumber to check with the manufacturer whether the tank was still under warranty. Saved me from the full cost of a new unit. Installation was on time and professionally done. I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of plumbing installation or repair.
