| Doug Hansel | Absolutely the worst. Clarence Beaudette is attempting to overcharge by 4 times what other plumbers say the job was worth. He relocated a shower drain in an open and exposed floor while our contractor was there and never attempted to communicate with us. No Contract, no estimate, nothing. I was at home depot and he came and went in the time I was gone. Comes back after 7 months he forgot to bill us apparently with a crazy bill claiming he was there for 4.5 hours we say less than 1.5 and charging us for 2 men. if you "have" to work with this guy in an emergency, negotiate beforehand and get it in writing as he's a crook. He'd rather not to talk to you because he feels he can charge anything he wants. We will be fighting him in court to pay a fair cost. |
