I found Pipe Pro Plumbing & Heating by doing a search for plumbers near me. They had good reviews so I called and left a message for Doug. His son called me back within minutes and came out that night to assess the issue. Thankfully the heat to the first floor was working. Both Doug and his son came back the next day and they put a plan of action into place and laid out multiple options for us. The frozen section of the pipe was in a place where we couldn't get to without pulling siding down so we decided to wait for the cold spell to end. Once it did we did what they showed us and we were able to get the heat working again! They came back again and did a antifreeze treatment so we do not have to worry about this again! As first time home owners we were so afraid of being taken advantage of, but their attention to detail and time they took to explain everything to us was amazing! We highly recommend Pipe Pro Plumbing & Heating! Thank you guys!! |
