Dennis has been outstanding for us over the years. And, I have to say, I almost never write reviews, but the reviewer A Murphy wrote a really silly review, and I checked her 13 reviews; all but one was super negative. I don't get it - she is obviously someone who will not be satisfied. She should realize that Dennis is busy, because he is very good. BTW, there are not enough plumbers in the world, so A Murphy why don't you give it a try!!

I felt this needed less than a neutral rating as I just received a call this morning after calling yesterday inquiring of a quote on a rough plumbing in a room in our house. Dennis called and told me he couldn't do work for about a month, which I said was great, because we didn't want to start until then anyway, and asked me if I've talked to anyone else. We are currently getting quotes to find not only the fairest price, but good chemistry in someone we can trust and when I told him I had someone coming this morning to quote as well as someone coming next Tuesday to quote, he said "well, you're all set then". I was so taken aback by his refusal to even give me a quote and asked him why he wasn't interested in my business. He said he is too busy. Tell your receptionist to tell prospective clients that you aren't currently taking any new ones. Even still, if you're free in a month to do the work and I am ready to also have the work done in a month, wouldn't it be good business practice to do the quote and get something scheduled if I'm interested? I don't get it. I'll update with who we chose to do the work so they can be utilized over this guy.
