Raptor plumbing was the Sub contractor for a General Bad Contractor name DC Building who worked on 3 million dollar project for me. Not even two year, lots of thing broke which I fixed using my people. But this week the irrigation pipe broke under the back valve concrete structure. Its about 18 month old, the pipe broke, water pipe. I didn't care for the warranty but I called them anyway because they are the sub who worked on those pipes. Lady on the phone was nice and sent out the foreman name IVAN to look into it. He came looked into it before I even mentioned the warranty, his words" We didn't do that pipe". So they did all the plumbing work except the broken pipe. I asked him who else did work on the plumbing beside Raptor. He doesn't know. Stay 100 feet away from this company. I am a commercial developer, any sub bid in future from Raptors will be automatically disqualify for the future development.

I was driving down Ft Apache coming from Tropicana at about 4:30-4:45pm on 8/23. Your tech driving a Raptor Plumbing Van 12 was reckless with his driving. He was dodging in and out of traffic lanes, speeding, taking off on green lights, going off into the desert to go around cars and trying his best to get home, I can only assume, in Mts Edge. Only to pull up next to him and find him looking at his phone possibly texting. I call to complain and you guys close at 4pm. Makes sense why he was driving erratic. Gotta get home on Friday night right?! All this while I'm driving with my 3 year old in his car seat. People like this and companies that hire people like this don't deserve jobs or to be in business. Hopefully people read this and choose another company for their plumbing needs!
