BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY . WISH I COULD GIVE NO STARS! THIS COMPANY WAS SENT BY MY HOME WARRANTY COMPANY "Choice Home Warrenty" THEIR RUSSIAN TECH WHO DID NOT SPEAK ONE WORD OF ENGLISH CAME TO UNCLOG MY PLUMBING . HE SMELLED SO BADLY OF SMOKE I AM STILL COUGHING. HE USED A LITTLE "Hand" SNAKE TO TRY TO UNCLOG MY BLOCKAGE AND OF COURSE COULD NOT UNCLOG IT WITH THAT LITTLE TOY SNAKE. HE SHOULD HAVE USED A PROFESSIONAL LARGE SNAKE MACHINE. He THEN TURNED IN THAT IT COULDN'T BE FIXED TO MY WARRANTY COMPANY AND THEY DENIED ANY FURTHER SERVICE STATING IT WAS AS MUCH AS THEY PAY FOR. THIS COST ME 65.00 FOR THIS RUSSIAN PLUMBER TO COME OUT WITH HIS LITTLE HAND CRANK SNAKE WHICH DID NOTHING. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!

My experience is stay away. My first experience is there plumber was sent to check my soft water unit when he arrived he had no clue the difference between a soft water unit and a garden hose. He tried to change me even admitted he didn't know a thing about what he was sent for but he could send his friend to check it for me. Yes he could send his friend I would be very careful of letting 5 star work on anything
