From the beginning this was a wonderful experience. I have had terrible luck in the past with contractors and such but Handyman Connection of West Omaha made the process easy. They came out and gave me a quote for my job and followed up with me during my decision making process, never pressuring me, but always available to answer any questions. Ricky, my handyman, was hands-down incredible. I will request him again for future work. My job took 6'ish days and he always arrived when he said he would. He was polite, respectful and skilled. Anytime there was a question on his part on how I would want something done, he communicated directly with me. He had me verify his work along the way to ensure I would be happy with the final project. If I was not satisfied, he immediately addressed the issue. Thank you Ricky! I also worked closely with Amber for scheduling and payment. I didn't make scheduling easy on her and she never made me feel high maintenance. I will definitely use Handyman Connection of West Omaha in the future and would highly recommend their work, professionalism and integrity to my family and friends.

They responded to my request for service same day. Within a few days I received a free in house estimate of the work with no pressure for work. The day of the project I was called to let me know Ricky was on his way. Ricky has many years of service and was very friendly and professional. He reviewed the job and was done the same day. I would recommend these guys to all of my friends.

I worked with Dave and Andrew on a basement repair. They were great to work with. Andrew is very professional and very detailed. His professionalism is unmatched. He communicated everything concern or issue that came up. Additionally, his work is outstanding. He didn't just hurry up and be done, he looked it over several times and had me look at it too. My basement looks like nothing happened. I would hire Andrew again on future projects.
