She asked the heavy set male in his 20's where the item was located, he told her the wrong ilse. She asked him again, he would not come out from behind the counter to help her. Mind you there were no customer's in the store at the time. Time to hire non lazy people. Spend the extra money and go to the big stores, at least they have customer service and better prices.
