| m p | EDITED: previously I gave a 5 star review because he is knowledgeable. However, after my last experience just a few days later I am changing it to 2 stars. You will see better customer service in a graveyard. He told me on Thursday he would be out Friday afternoon. Friday came and went without so much as a phone call. I called Monday morning and spoke with a woman who told me he would call me at lunchtime. Lunchtime came and went, no phone call. I called Monday evening at 5 and still got no straight answer. Don't even bother calling this plumber. |
