Had an external hose bib, frost free, leaking and froze up. The Clarks worked me into their schedule and within a few days were out and within an hour had it repaired. I'm impressed, and I'm going to use them plumb a line for outdoor project. Great customer service!

Called Clark's because of positive reviews but I will never recommend them to anyone. Called to try to get someone to our house on short notice since our boiler is having an issue. I completely understand the time of year and how hard it could be to get an appointment same day but the way the call was handled is why I will never attempt to give them my business again. Spoke with a Todd, and was told that "If my established customers need me I will go to them first and probably wont be able to get to you." How do we become an established customer if you won't try to work with us? Like I said, with the time of year and short notice, it's understood that a same day appointment would be difficult, but that is no way to handle a call even if you are slammed. Was told to go to a bigger company because they were too busy to help a new customer. We try to support local but definitely won't be attempting here again.
